Manufacturing Process: - Glass Cutting: The craftsmen carefully cut the large stained glass pieces into numerous small fragments and smoothen the edges. - Copper Foil Binding: The small glass pieces are bound with copper foil, which helps in the welding process. - Welding: The glass pieces are placed in a mold according to the desired pattern and then welded together with tin. - Surface Treatment: After welding, the lampshade undergoes a chemical process to change the tin color into black.
